Josh is a corporate associate in Ropes & Gray’s Boston office. He practices primarily in the firm’s private equity group, representing private equity sponsors and strategic investors in the structuring and negotiation of leveraged buyouts, cross-border transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions, recapitalization transactions, minority investments (including GP stakes transactions) and liquidity events across a range of industries. Josh also advises private equity clients and their portfolio companies on operational matters, including in the areas of general corporate governance and management equity.

- the sale of its majority interest in Chartis, a leading healthcare advisory firm;
- its acquisition of DISA Global Solutions, a tech-enabled provider of employee screening, compliance, and workplace health & safety solutions; and
- its acquisition of Centerline Communications, a company that specializes in the development, operations and maintenance of telecommunications networks;.
- Represented Haveli Investments in:
- its acquisition of AppViewX, a leader in automated certificate lifecycle management (CLM) and public key infrastructure (PKI) solutions;
- its “take-private” acquisition of ZeroFox Holdings, Inc., a provider of external cybersecurity; and
- its acquisition of Certinia, a Services-as-a-Business platform providing enterprise resource planning.
