Jeffrey Irwin is an associate in the litigation and enforcement practice group. Jeffrey's experience spans areas including securities litigation, class action, antitrust, anti-corruption and bribery, anti-money laundering (AML), government enforcement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters.
Jeffrey joined the firm in 2022, beginning with a secondment to the R&G Insights Lab where he merged behavioral science and data analysis into compliance and legal strategies.
During his time at Fordham University School of Law, Jeffrey interned for the Honorable John G. Koeltl of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Kelly O'Neill Levy of the New York County Supreme Court, where he developed an invaluable perspective into the judicial system.
An active contributor to the Fordham Urban Law Journal, Jeffrey honed writing and research skills. He also collaborated with professors James Brudney and Zephyr Teachout on research topics including unpaid internship regulations and COVID-related small business regulations, displaying his commitment to addressing critical legal issues.
Jeffrey actively engages in pro bono work, dedicating time to prisoner civil rights cases and environmental advocacy, showcasing his commitment to broader social and environmental justice causes.
