Chapter 9: Bondholder Issues in Municipal Bankruptcies and Workouts

The market has started to focus on the ability of cities, towns, and even states to service their bond debt in the current economic environment. Ropes & Gray partners Keith Wofford and Ross Martin, both of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring group, focus on representing bondholders in distressed situations.
