Ropes & Gray and FTI Host 4th Annual Women Leaders Lunch in São Paulo

On October 16, Ropes & Gray and FTI Consulting co-hosted their 4th annual Women Leaders Lunch in São Paulo, Brazil. The event brought together nearly 100 female professionals from Brazil’s business and legal community and featured a lively panel discussion. The lunch was co-hosted by Washington, D.C. based litigation and enforcement partners Maria Gonzalez Calvet and Colleen Conry, along with Cynthia Catlett, senior managing director of FTI Consulting. Panelists included Viveka Kaitila, president & CEO of GE Brazil; Olga Pontes, chief compliance officer of Odebrecht SA; and Dorothea Soule, executive director of Biosev SA. Ms. Calvet and Ms. Catlett moderated the discussion, during which panelists examined the challenges and obstacles they have overcome while conducting business in Brazil.
