The conference will offer sessions that explore regulatory priorities in 2023, discussions of current ethical issues and challenges, and expert presentations on recent developments and trends in the enforcement space.
Amanda will discuss the peculiarities and hurdles when negotiating DPAs in international enforcement proceedings involving the U.S., France, the U.K., Brazil, and Switzerland during the panel “Negotiating Deferred Prosecution Agreements in Cross Border Investigations.”
Laura will explore current enforcement trends in health care prosecutions and trials, and various government and defense pre-trial, trial tactics, and sentencing strategies during the panel, “Health Care Fraud Enforcement – Current Trends and Trial Tactics.”
