On Tuesday, January 23, Andrew will examine FCA risks related to the Department of Justice’s cyber fraud initiative during the panel, “The DOJ’s Civil Cyber Fraud Initiative in Action: The Latest Cross-Industry Trends and How Companies Can Become Compliant.”
On Wednesday, January 24, Doug will discuss FCA litigation strategy, including preserving issues for appeal, in the panel, From Prep to Verdict: Trial Advocacy Advice from Trial and Appellate Counsel.
