Asset management partner Amanda Persaud will speak on a panel at the Practising Law Institute Advanced Issues in Private Funds 2024 conference in New York on July 16.
The panel is titled, “Liquidity Solution and Exploring Additional Sources of Capital,” which will delve into techniques and strategies available to fund managers who are interested in finding ways to create liquidity for themselves and their clients, the pros and cons of different liquidity solutions, and how fund managers can implement best practices for approaching liquidity solutions. Amanda will facilitate this discussion with her fellow panelists Lauren King, co-head of the Fund Transactions practice at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, John Leone, Managing Partner at Fairview Capital Group, and Katie St. Peters, Partner in the Investment Funds Group at Kirkland & Ellis.
