Chris Poggi to Moderate Panel at Opal’s ABS Summit

Chris Poggi, a partner in the private equity transactions group and the infrastructure industry group, will moderate the “Digital / Infrastructure Securitizations” panel on Dec. 5. The session will explore recent developments in the digital infrastructure space, what makes infrastructure and communications ABS such an attractive asset class and the unique regulatory and collateral considerations inherent to the space.

Joining Chris on the panel will be Elana Lipchak, a director of ABS strategy at BofA Global Research, Alan Greenblatt, a managing director at KBRA, Richard Talmadge, Head of Private ABS at Pacific Life and Dominic Bea, a senior vice president at TCW.
