Litigation & enforcement partner Jane Willis and associate Shane Bryan will be speaking at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 73rd Antitrust Law Spring Meeting, being held April 2-4 in Washington, D.C.
On April 2, Shane will serve as a panelist on the “Fundamentals – Antitrust” session. This panel discussion will provide an overview of the core elements of U.S. antitrust laws and institutions, basic economic principles, as well as competition law outside the U.S.
On April 3, Jane will serve as a panelist on the “The Future of Healthcare Mergers” session. Jane and her fellow panelists will examine how recent developments such as federal and state challenges to provider acquisitions, and efforts to regulate private equity investment in healthcare are impacting the future of healthcare mergers.
