Real estate partner Sally Davis and real estate counsel Effie Floyd will present at the 2025 Kayo Women’s Real Estate Summit in Chicago, Illinois on April 9.
Effie will host a fireside chat with Margaret Anadu, Senior Partner at The Vistria Group. The conversation will focus on Margeret’s professional journey to her current role at Vistria, as well as her views on impact investing and ESG in the current market environment and what lies ahead for the industry.
Sally will moderate a panel titled “Navigating 2025: Insights from Veteran Dealmakers.” Panelists will offer their thoughts real estate investment strategies and share “pro tips” for mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities. Joining Sally on the panel will be Barrie Bloom, Managing Director, Real Estate Principal Investing at Macquarie Group, Danielle Even, Principal, Real Estate Investments at GCM Grosvenor, and Michelle Creed, Partner and Co-Head of Real Estate Secondaries at Ares Management Corporation.
