Ropes & Gray Represents TPG in $394 Million Acquisition of Arden Group, Inc.

A team of Ropes & Gray attorneys advised TPG on its $394 million acquisition of Arden Group, Inc. (Arden), parent of Gelson’s Markets, an operator of 17 distinctive, full-service specialty grocery stores in Southern California. Under the terms of the transaction, Arden shareholders will receive $126.50 in cash for each share of Arden common stock.
