On April 9, Ropes & Gray was recognized for having the “Best Mentoring Program” at the 2014 Chambers Women in Law Awards in New York.
Chambers highlighted the firm’s program, noting “The mentoring circles allow female attorneys to share experiences across all levels, departments and locations and offer regular networking sessions. There is a focus on enhancing and developing skills through biography writing workshops, performance feedback and practical development sessions.”
In addition to the firm award, litigation partner Jane Willis (Boston) was recognized as a finalist for the “Outstanding Contribution to Gender Diversity (Private Practice)” award.
