Ropes & Gray represented Norcraft Companies, Inc. on a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc., a home and security products company and maker of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. The transaction, announced Mar. 30, is valued at approximately $600 million.
