Ropes & Gray represented Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe and its portfolio company, naviHealth, in the sale of a majority stake in naviHealth to Cardinal Health, Inc., a health care services company based in Dublin, Ohio, that aims to improve the cost effectiveness of health care. Nashville, Tenn.-based naviHealth teams with health plans, health systems and providers to manage post-acute care.
The sale was announced Aug. 25.
