Government enforcement partner Ryan Rohlfsen (Chicago) will speak at the American Conference Institute’s 8th San Francisco Boot Camp on FCPA Enforcement and Compliance, which will be held in San Francisco, Sept. 29 – 30.
Mr. Rohlfsen will serve on the conference faculty and co-lead a discussion titled, “Should You Disclose? Real World Scenarios on How to Evaluate the Benefits of Presenting Your Findings to USDOJ and the SEC.” The session will analyze the penalties imposed within the context of recent voluntary disclosures, overview the U.S. Department of Justice’s self-disclosure framework and related U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, measure the impact of self-disclosure and cooperation with governmental agencies and pose hypothetical scenarios involving self-disclosure cost/benefit analysis as the basis for an interactive discussion with the audience.
