In InvestmentNews’ March 10 article on hearing for the appointment of Lisa Fairfax and Hester Peirce. “I don't see a seismic shift in the overall balance of the commission with the two new nominees,” continued Mr. Tittsworth, who outlines that the dynamic between the Commissioners is likely to be maintained as it currently is under Dan Gallagher and Luis Aguilar.
