Ropes & Gray Sponsors 2016 Kayo Women’s Private Equity Conference

 

Ropes & Gray was a sponsor of the 2016 Kayo Women’s Private Equity Conference, held in Chicago on Oct. 4-5. The event was attended by 275 private equity investors, company executives and advisors.

Ropes & Gray partners representing a variety of practice groups were highly visible participants at the conference. Health care practice co-chair Deborah Gersh and private equity partner Neill Jakobe led a fireside chat with Elizabeth Betten (all three pictured at right), a director at Madison Dearborn Partners, titled “The Pulse on Health Care Private Equity.” Additionally, mergers & acquisitions practice co-chair Jane Goldstein participated as a speaker on the “Corporate Boards: Characteristics of a Qualified Director” panel; and private investment funds partner Debra Lussier spoke on a panel sharing “Best Practices in GP/LP Communications.”
