Tax partner David Saltzman (Boston) recently led a roundtable discussion regarding potential changes in the international tax landscape, presenting “The House Republicans’ Destination-Based Cash Flow Tax: International Considerations” at a Feb. 16 meeting of the New England chapter of the International Fiscal Association. Mr. Saltzman explained specifics of the destination-based cash flow tax (DBCFT), and discussed the DBCFT’s international implications, challenges and likely impacts.
