Ropes & Gray represented Bain Capital Life Sciences LP in a $55 million Series D financing and investment round for Germany biopharmaceutical company InflaRx announced on October 13. The round was co-led by Bain Capital Life Sciences, Cormorant Asset Management LLC and RA Capital Management. The transaction was comprised of a $30 million capital increase and a $25 million secondary share purchase.
