Privacy & Cybersecurity partner Rohan Massey (London) authored an article published May 30 by Westlaw Practitioners Insight Commentaries that examines the new recording requirement for small data controllers and processors under the General Data Protection Regulation, the new law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union and European Economic Area. The article also examines situations where exceptions to the new requirement may apply. The piece will also appear in Westlaw Journal Computer & Internet in June.
