A team of life sciences and litigation & enforcement attorneys authored a June 21 article in Law360, which examined FDA final guidance on manufacturer communications. The two final guidance documents provide recommendations for communicating health care economic information and pre-approval information with payors, and for promoting information that is consistent with, but not included in, a product’s labeling. The article was written by life sciences partners Kellie Combs, Albert Cacozza, and Gregory Levine, appellate and Supreme Court partner and chair Douglas Hallward-Driemeier, and litigation & enforcement associate Emerson Siegle (all of Washington, D.C.).
