Ropes & Gray has advised Altice Europe on the successful pricing and allocation of €2.8 billion of new 8-year Senior Notes at Altice Luxembourg SA following a well oversubscribed offering.
The proceeds from the transaction, which strengthens Altice Europe's liquidity profile, will be used by Altice Luxembourg – along with a €500 million cash from Altice France and swap monetisation proceeds of €435 million - to partially repay its existing $2,900 million and €2,075 million 2022 Notes.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by finance partner Michael Kazakevich alongside finance associate Shabdita Gupta, both based in the firm’s London office.
