Ropes & Gray Advises Truck Hero and CCMP Capital Advisors in its Acquisition of Lund International

Ropes & Gray advised Truck Hero, Inc., a portfolio company of CCMP Capital Advisors LP, in its strategic acquisition of Lund International Holdings Company. This transaction, announced on May 10, marks Truck Hero’s fifteenth acquisition since its formation in 2007.

Lund, based in Buford, Ga., is a designer, manufacturer, and marketer of branded automotive accessories for a full assortment of passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs, CUVs and Jeeps, as well as the heavy truck category.

The Ropes & Gray team was led by private equity partners Garrett Charon and David Blittner, and included finance partner Jay Kim, private equity partner Craig Marcus, benefits partner Alexandra Alperovich and tax partner Adam Greenwood.
