Ropes & Gray has advised – on a pro bono basis – the Caribbean Biodiversity Fund on the establishment and implementation of an Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) Facility. Funding from this facility will be provided to and used by 11 organisations who have recently made successful funding applications under the facility’s 1st Call for Proposals. Grants to these organisations will total US$12 million and be used to provide EbA solutions within the marine and coastal zones of 10 Caribbean countries.
The Ropes & Gray team was led by counsel Will Bryant, alongside associates Harriet Banner, David Dowling and Nathan Sekhar, all based in the firm’s London office.
