Ropes & Gray has advised the initial purchasers and lenders on Boparan Finance plc’s £475 million Senior Secured Notes offering and £80 million Revolving Credit Facility.
Boparan Finance plc is a subsidiary of the 2 Sisters Food Group, one of the UK’s largest diversified food manufacturers, with number one positions in the UK poultry and ready meals markets.
The notes offering and new Revolving Credit Facility are part of a full structure recapitalization of the group.
The Ropes & Gray high yield team was led by finance partner Michael Kazakevich, with associates Clara Melly, Ashish Alexander and Priyambada Das. Finance partner Alex Robb led the Ropes & Gray loan team, along with trainees Kayla Fourie and Chad Parkinson. All are based in London.
