Ropes & Gray represented Francisco Partners and TPG Capital in the acquisition of Boomi, a provider of cloud-based integration platform as a service (iPaaS) from Dell Technologies. The cash transaction is valued at $4 billion and is expected to close by the end of 2021 subject to customary closing conditions. The transaction was announced on May 2. The press release is here.
