Ropes & Gray Represents Audax Private Equity in its Majority Acquisition of S.J. Electro Systems

Ropes & Gray represented Audax Private Equity in its majority acquisition of S.J. Electro Systems, Inc., a leading manufacturer of control solutions for the water and wastewater industry. Terms of the transaction, which was announced on June 28, were not disclosed. The press release is here.
