Grupo Phoenix manufactures rigid packaging and specializes in innovative and sustainable custom packaging solutions with capabilities in the United States, Colombia and Mexico and customers in over 30 countries. Tekni-Plex is a globally-integrated company focused on developing and manufacturing products for a wide variety of end markets, including medical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, personal care, household and industrial. The transaction was announced in a press release.
