Ropes & Gray represented TPG Capital and its portfolio company Wind River in the software company’s $4.3 billion sale to Aptiv PLC. The acquisition is expected to close mid-year 2022 and is subject to customary conditions. The transaction was announced on Jan. 11, 2022 in a press release.
