(a portfolio company of Advent International and Crosspoint Capital Partners) in its acquisition of CyberMDX, a leading healthcare cybersecurity provider delivering visibility and threat prevention for medical devices and clinical networks. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on Jan. 31 in a Feb. 1 press release.
