Audax Private Equity acquired Monarch Landscape Companies with counsel from Ropes & Gray LLP. Audax acquired Monarch Landscape from One Rock Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on March 31 in a press release.
Monarch Landscape is a Los Angeles-based commercial landscape management firm. Audax Group is a leading alternative investment manager with offices in Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Since its founding in 1999, the firm has raised over $30 billion in capital.
