Ropes & Gray represented Natixis Investment Managers in its sale of AlphaSimplex, a manager of liquid alternative investment solutions to Virtus Investment Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The announcement was released on Oct. 22 in a press release.

Natixis Investment Managers delivers a range of solutions across asset classes, styles, and vehicles, including innovative environmental, social, and governance strategies and products dedicated to advancing sustainable finance.
