Seoul office volunteers helped residents fold and assemble approximately 1,000 gift boxes at a vocational training center in Seoul.
On November 23, 2022 members of Ropes & Gray’s Seoul office volunteered at a vocational training center for the disabled. During the visit, Seoul office managing partner Jaewoo Lee, private equity counsel Keun Shin and associate JC Kim, office manager Rei Ha, practice development Korea lead EK Han, legal executive assistants Ellie Kim and Kate Hyun, and practice development specialist Jenna Nam helped the center’s trainees fold and assemble approximately 1,000 gift boxes. Located in the city’s Gangnam District, the center is operated by non-profit organization MIRAL Welfare Foundation and provides job trainings for people with special needs.
