Ropes & Gray advised H.I.G.Infrastructure, an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, in the acquisition of Tower Engineering Professionals, Inc. (TEP), a leading full-service provider of engineering and maintenance services to tower, mobile network, and other telecom infrastructure customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on April 13 in a press release.
Headquartered in Raleigh, NC, TEP is one of the largest multi-disciplined engineering services firms focused on the telecommunications industry, completing over 100,000 projects annually. The firm has 35+ locations across North America.
