Ropes & Gray advised Radancy, a global talent acquisition software provider and portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, in its acquisition of Ascendify, a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and recruitment marketing platform. This acquisition enhances Radancy’s suite of solutions focused on helping enterprises find the talent they need to strengthen their business. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on April 4 in a press release.
