Ropes & Gray Advises Nexus Point on its Second Private Equity Fund

Ropes & Gray has advised Nexus Point, an Asian private equity fund with strategic focus on control opportunities in the Greater China market, on the successful close of its second private equity fund (Fund II), raising over USD 600 million in capital commitments across the fund and its related coinvestment vehicles. Similar to its predecessor fund, Fund II invests in control investments in high quality companies across the Greater China and Asia markets and attracted substantial commitment from the Fund I investor base and new commitments from global blue chip investors.
