Ropes & Gray advised EnergySolutions in a tentative agreement to purchase certain assets and liabilities of Williams Industrial Services Group (WLMS), a provider of infrastructure related services to blue-chip customers in energy and industrial end markets, and its subsidiaries assets for $60 million. The transaction was announced on July 24 in a press release.
EnergySolutions, a global provider of energy and industrial services headquartered in Salt Lake City, will acquire assets that represent the WLMS's nuclear, fossil, energy delivery, and paper mill operations.
