Ropes & Gray advised AWP Safety, a leading provider of safety traffic control solutions, in its strategic acquisition of RHV Capital’s Traffic Control Group. Terms of the transaction we not disclosed. The acquisition was announced in a press release on August 2.
AWP Safety is majority-owned by Kohlberg & Company. RHV Capital's Traffic Control Group is comprised of three regional entities, and Texas Traffic and Barricade. The acquisition further expands AWP Safety’s position as a leading traffic control safety company to the North American utility, broadband, and infrastructure-end markets.
