Ropes & Gray advised BV Investment Partners, a private equity firm focused on the tech-enabled business services, software and IT services sectors, on the closing of BV Investment Partners Fund XI. The fund closed at its hard cap of $1.75 billion, exceeding its target of $1.5 billion. The closing was announced September 12 in a press release.
Fund XI's investor base includes a broad range of leading global sovereign wealth funds, foundations, public and corporate pension plans, financial institutions, family offices and individual investors, including management of portfolio companies.
The team was led by asset management partner Debra Lussier and included tax partner Amanda Holt, ERISA and benefits partner Josh Lichtenstein, and finance partner Patricia Lynch.
