In Westlaw Today, health care partner Christine Moundas and health care associates Gideon Palte and Carolyn Lye examine a new proposed rule from the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services "to deter health care providers from engaging in information blocking."
