Ropes & Gray represented Gentiva in receiving all required state and federal regulatory approvals and completing the previously announced acquisition of ProMedica’s hospice, palliative and home care business. The transaction closing was announced on November 1. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Gentiva is a dedicated hospice, palliative and personal care company with over 35,000 associates and caregivers in over 615 locations across 38 states.
