Ropes & Gray represented Altamont Capital Partners in an investment into Mini Melts USA, LLC, a premium frozen novelty product company based in the Philadelphia area. Altamont will provide growth capital to support the company’s expanding distribution footprint and manufacturing capabilities. The transaction was announced in a Jan. 9 press release and terms were not disclosed.
Altamont Capital is a San Francisco Bay Area-based private investment firm focused on middle-market businesses. The firm has over $4 billion in assets under management.
