Ropes & Gray represented GI Partners in its significant growth investment in BusPatrol, the largest school bus safety technology provider. The transaction was announced in a Jan. 9 press release.
BusPatrol provides school districts, law enforcement agencies and municipalities with best-in-class technology to enforce pass violations, including a fully turnkey platform for capturing and processing violations, cloud-connected internal cameras and telematics data.
