Ropes & Gray represented Lido Advisors, a Charlesbank Capital Partners portfolio company, in its strategic partnership with Constellation Wealth Capital (CWC). CWC will become a minority investor in Lido, the firms announced in a Jan. 17 press release.
Lido is a full-service, independent registered investment advisor headquartered in Los Angeles. The firm has $19.1 billion of regulatory assets under management and 130 investment adviser representatives in over 30 U.S. offices. Constellation Wealth Capital is an alternative asset management platform dedicated to the wealth management sector.
The deal team was led by private equity senior attorney Graham Foster and private equity partner Taylor Hart.
