Ropes & Gray advised Advanced Micro Instruments (AMI), a leading provider of highly engineered, application-specific analyzers and sensing technologies, and portfolio company of McNally Capital, in an agreement to sell AMI to Enpro Inc. The transaction was announced in a January 3 press release.
McNally Capital is a lower middle-market private equity firm targeting thesis-driven investments in the United States, specifically focused on acquiring founder and management-owned companies.
