Ropes & Gray advised Nintex, a process intelligence and automation platform,in the closing of its acquisition of Skuid, a low-code cloud platform that allows for the rapid design and development of business applications. Nintex is a TPG Capital portfolio company. The completed deal was announced in a press release on January 2.
The Nintex Process Platform provides more than 8,000 public and private sector organizations across 90 countries with the tools to quickly and easily manage, automate and optimize business processes. Skuid helps more than 600 companies design, build and deploy user-friendly business applications.
