Based in Chicago with 160 professionals, HealthScape helps payers across all segments, including commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, and federal, navigate the evolving healthcare landscape. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal was announced in a Feb. 6 press release.
Chartis is headquartered in Chicago and is a provider of advisory consulting and software analytics to hospitals, health systems, and other healthcare organizations around the world.
