Ropes & Gray represented Aquiline Capital Partners in its investment in Health Prime International, a provider of revenue cycle management solutions for physician practices. Aquiline is a private investment firm investing in financial services and related technologies with over $10 billion in assets under management. The transaction was announced in a Feb. 5 press release and terms were not disclosed.
