Ropes & Gray represented New Mountain Capital in its strategic investment in Consor Holdings, a leading provider of transportation and water infrastructure engineering and consulting services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction was announced in a June 3 press release.
New Mountain Capital is a New York-based investment firm, that manages private equity, credit and net lease investment strategies with over $50 billion in assets under management.
