Ropes & Gray represented Northleaf Capital Partners in a follow-on ABS notes offering of Class A Senior Secured Notes for AMAROK LLC and its subsidiaries. The private placement closed on July 10 and was arranged by National Bank of Canada Financial Inc. With this most recent issuance, Ropes & Gray has advised AMAROK in connection with the offering of over $1 billion in notes under its securitization framework.
AMAROK, formerly Electric Guard Dog, is a leading provider of perimeter security infrastructure solutions in the United States, and is partially owned by funds managed by Northleaf.
The team included securitization finance partner Chris Poggi and securitization finance associates Daniel Lee and Tyler Ackerson, business restructuring partner Andrew Devore, and private equity partner Charlie Boer.
